Pepsi North America CEO and Buffalo Rock President Address Joint Rotary and Kiwanis Meeting

The Rotary Club of Birmingham joined the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham for a joint meeting on Wednesday, July 28th with guest speakers Kirk Tanner, PepsiCo Beverages North America CEO, and Matthew Dent, Buffalo Rock Company President and CEO. The leaders discussed their companies' strategies for success, including building product portfolios, expanding production and distribution, investing in workforce development and adapting to changes prompted by the pandemic. 

"We have this idea that keeps us to our true north and that's winning with purpose," said Kirk. "It's as simple as faster, stronger, better." 

"When an employee partner is successful in their own individual role, then the company will become successful" said Dent. "It allows both the employee partner and the company to reinvest back into not only into their own families, but their own communities and the cycle starts over again."
