RCB Hosts Rotaract Club of Birmingham for Joint Meeting

During the August 23rd meeting, Rotaract Club of Birmingham President Brandon Cummings provided an update on the largest Rotaract Club in the world. He expressed appreciation for a strong partnership with RCB over nearly two decades and thanked Rotarians Sanjay Singh and Katrina Watson for giving dynamic presentations to record-breaking crowds at the first two Rotaract meetings of the year. Brandon shared the club recently welcomed 35 new members and hosted its annual Pin Down Polio fundraiser to support Rotary International’s End Polio Now Campaign. Brandon congratulated  the Rotaractors who participated in its Board Fellows Program and announced the Rotaract Club of Birmingham Foundation awarded over $10,000 to Freshwater Land Trust, Jones Valley Teaching Farm, and The Exceptional Foundation. Brandon also expressed gratitude to Rotarians who serve as professional partners with LDP cohorts.

"We are thrilled to share the work that we do in this community with such a strong and generous club as yours, and we look forward to continuing to make an impact together."
