John Carter Shows how Noah Basketball Technology Improves Players’ Shooting

This week the Rotary Club of Birmingham welcomed Noah Basketball CEO John Carter. He explained and demonstrated how the company's basketball shooting technology helps NBA, college and high school players to improve their shooting percentages, enabling them to perform at a higher level on the court.

Bio for John Carter

John Carter is the CEO of Noah Basketball, which is a leader in Basketball Shooting Technology and Shooting Research.   John was instrumental in the development of the Noah Shooting System, which is now being used by 28 NBA teams and hundreds of college programs. He has worked with thousands of players at all levels of the game and has become an authority on how to improve shooting percentages. He has spoken at numerous coaching clinics, sharing significant unknown facts about shooting, and is listed as an inventor on over 30 sports-related patents.  Prior to Noah Basketball, John had a distinguished business career. He spent eight years leading a corporate division at Group Dekko that grew to $85 million in annual revenue, where he was mentored by Group Dekko Founder Chet Dekko.  He later founded a software company that was merged with FullScope, Inc. where he served as Chairman of the Board until the company was acquired by a publicly traded company. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.
