Rotary Club of Birmingham Members Pitch in to Beautify Rotary Trail

Rotarians, Rotaractors, family and friends gather in service on Rotary Trail.

On Sunday, April 2nd, members of the Rotary Club of Birmingham gathered with Rotaract Club of Birmingham members, family and friends for a Rotary Trail Service Day. A team of over 20 volunteers spread bags of mulch and bales of pine straw, removed litter, pulled weeds and cleared the trail’s sidewalks. RCB developed Rotary Trail nearly a decade ago as its centennial gift to Birmingham. Members gather several times a year to beautify the trail that welcomes thousands of walkers, runners, bikers, and scooter riders each month.

Continued promotion and support of Rotary Trail is a key initiative of RCB's strategic plan. We welcome community members joining our efforts to help keep the trail looking its best every day!
