Rotarian Joshua Jones Gives a Glimpse of AI and the Future of Work

This week the Rotary Club of Birmingham welcomed Rotarian Joshua Jones, QuantHub CEO. Jones discussed Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the future of work. He explained the possibilities and constraints of AI that continue to rapidly evolve and change. Jones highlighted the importance of learning how to harness the potential of technology alongside traditional fields of study to maximize productivity, creativity and effectiveness.

Rotarian Joshua Jones is CEO of QuantHub, a Birmingham-based education technology company revolutionizing AI skills training. Before QuantHub, Jones founded and served as CEO of StrategyWise, an award-winning data science consulting firm recognized three consecutive years on the Inc 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies. Throughout his career spanning six startups across 45 countries, Jones has recruited elite talent from Microsoft, IBM, McKinsey, and NASA while building a global portfolio of clients including HP, Dell, Chick-Fil-A, and Samsung. A dedicated community leader, in addition to past service on this Rotary Club's board, he has also served on the Alabama Artificial Intelligence Commission, Alabama Trails Commission, and boards of The Innovation Depot, The Birmingham Zoo, and Kulture City. Jones holds degrees from Emory University and the University of Alabama, and is a TEDx alum and frequent speaker at universities and conferences nationwide.
